The citrus graters from the Classic range of the Microplane brand have exceptional results, due to their special and functional design. The design originates from the brand's workshops, being created from stainless steel blades.

The blades are very sharp and cut both soft and hard foods without too much effort without tearing them. Each grater comes together with a plastic blade guard.

The product is ideal for grating citrus peel such as: lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc. or to grate hard cheeses such as: parmesan, pecorino romano or asiago cheese, you can also grate spices such as: nutmeg, cinnamon or even chili pepper can be quickly turned into powder, but also garlic and ginger can be easily grated. Customers have recommended that the grater to be used to remove burnt edges of biscuits or bread.
