Being made in France, from the special FLAME® ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories, the cooking pot has 4-litre capacity and 26 cm diameter to easily prepare 6-8 portions of stew, for example.

This perfectly health-safe cooking pot is modelled only from natural materials (clay and water), coated with an enamel layer that contains only natural dyes, and stands out by a series of qualities specific to the FLAME® ceramic such as:

- Versatility: the cooking pot can be used on flame, hobs (including induction hobs, with the help of a special disc) and in the oven.

The product can be used for cooking and, then, it can be placed on the table, for serving, keeping the food warm for a long time. 

Being by 30% lighter than a cast iron cooking pot, this cooking pot also promotes slow, delicate, thorough and savoury cooking.

- Resistance: the cooking pot withstands high temperatures (450°C), withstands thermal shocks and mechanical shocks, as well as low temperatures (-20 °C) so it can be transferred from refrigerator directly into the oven, without getting damaged, it does not chip easily nor does it scratch. So, it allows cutting right in the cooking pot without problems thanks to the enamel used for finishing. The cooking pot can also be cleaned in the dishwasher.

- Elegance. The cooking pot has been created with a special design, which combines tradition with modern cooking standards.

- Innovation. The cooking pot is covered with a special lid provided with protrusions on the inside that ensure optimum moisture during cooking and generates the "rain" effect when the lid is taken off.
