Silicone mold for 8 cylindrical cakes, 30 x 17.6 cm - "de Buyer" brand

The flexible mould for cylinder-shaped cakes, from the "Elastomoule" range, de Buyer brand, is the perfect solution to quickly bake delicious, perfectly-shaped desserts.

The mould is made from silicone with metal powder, resistant to temperatures between -70°C and +300°C, and has excellent conductivity of cold and heat. Thanks to the material, the cakes will not stick to its surface and, due to its elasticity, they will be extremely easy to remove from the container.

The design of the cylindrical moulds will create stair-shaped decorations on cakes. It is recommended to use the mould for the preparation of ice creams and mousse recipes. The cakes can be filled with creams, chocolate or caramel.

The flexible mould can be used both in the traditional oven and in bain-marie. The product shall not be used in the microwave.

It is recommended to place the flexible mould on a perforated tray before putting it in the oven. This product shall be cleaned by hand only.
