Tajine cooking dish, Emile Henry brand, 32 cm in diameter, 3 l capacity, made from FLAME® ceramic specially designed to be used safely when cooking on flame.

This cooking dish is resistant to high temperatures and microwaves; the product is hard to chip or scratch – you can cut directly into the cooking dish without the product being scratched. 

The Tajine cooking dish is suitable for slow cooking, a process that brings out the flavors in food. The lid, having a unique shape, allows the steam to circulate and keep the food fresh.

FLAME® ceramic developed in the Emile Henry laboratories withstands temperatures up to 450°C and brings together all the benefits of the highest quality ceramic cookware that can be placed on flame: perfect cooking, respect for ingredients, tastes/flavors well kept. 

The enamel used for finishing the dish is very resistant, making it possible to wash the product in the dishwasher.

The Flame® cookware, being by 30% lighter than other metal cookware, can be used both on flame and in the oven, including microwave. They can be transferred from refrigerator or freezer, directly into the oven, without getting damaged and then on the table. They are durable, withstanding strong mechanical shocks and keep food warm for longer. 

Ceramic does not contain harmful metals, being 100% safe for food; it does not discolour over time, providing you with a wide variety of colors that last.

This limited edition Emile Henry Tagine - 32 cm, finished in Terracota color, is suitable for the following heat sources: gas, ceramic, halogen or electric hobs.

Having generous dimensions, this Tajine cooking dish is suitable for approximately 8-10 servings.
