Lided wok pan, ZWILLING Plus range, Zwilling brand, manufactured from 3-ply SIGMA Clad material having a diameter of 32 cm.

The wok pan is ideal for preparing foods that require continuous mixing. The base of the pan, built using the SIGMA Clad technology, is durable and requires a small amount of oil or fat for preparation. Thus, cooking using this wok, everything will be prepared in a healthier manner and the foods will keep their nutrients.

The base of the wok is made of aluminum core coated with 2 stainless-steel layers, this combination of materials conferring increased resistance to scratches. Aluminum has good thermal conductivity, heating the wok evenly across its entire surface.

The stainless steel 18/10 is hygienic and does not retain tastes and odours.

The lid from glass ensures a perfect closing.

The wok pan has two side handles for good handling and a detachable grill ideal for cooling and serving food directly from the pan after preparation.

The pan can be used on all types of hobs, including those on induction and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
