The 5-Ply layer is made, starting from the inside, from an external layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker inner layers of aluminium comprising a thick inner median layer of aluminium alloy and a special alloy layer on the surface of the frying pan.

This layer ensures a fast and uniform heat distribution to the low edge of the frying pan, thus ensuring uniform browning of the pancakes.

The ergonomic handle is made from 18/10 stainless steel and ensures a secure grip on the product.

The frying pan is very easy to clean due to the specially treated SILVINOX® surface which maintains the shine of the frying pan for a long time.
