Features:
The tray walls are 4 mm thick and inside, it has a layer of black enamel that facilitates the creation of a non-stick surface when cooking with fat. 

The tray base is 5 mm thick and makes it possible to use Lava cookware on all types of hobs, including induction.

The handles are made of cast iron.
