Digital meat thermometer, with fork, Zokura brand manufactured from stainless steel.
The LED-type screen displays a temperature range between - 50°C and 300°C. The unit of measurement for temperature can be switched between degrees Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
The thermometer displays the temperature for 6 types of meat (beef, chicken, pork, turkey, veal and lamb) and distinguishes between 4 levels of meat cooking - rare, medium rare, medium and well done.
Way of usage
To turn the thermometer on, press the MEAT button, and to turn it off, keep the button pressed for 3 seconds.
The thermometer will turn off automatically after 10 minutes from opening and, at the same time, will save the previous settings.
The thermometer works with 2 AAA batteries (not included).
Before measuring the temperature, set the thermometer to the desired type of meat by pressing the MEAT button until you reach the desired setting. Then, press the TASTE button to choose the cooking level. The cooking level is set depending on the type of meat selected.
To measure the temperature, insert the fork down to half, in the thickest area of the food - at least 1 cm deep.
Wait 10-20 seconds for the temperature to be displayed. The corresponding cooking level will be displayed on the LCD screen.
As the temperature rises, the indicator will move to the next cooking level. When the preset cooking level has been reached, the display will flash and the thermometer will indicate by a sound alert that the meat is done. To stop the sound signal, press any of the 2 buttons of the thermometer.
After each use, clean the thermometer's rods using water and dishwashing detergent.
