Deep fry pan, 24 cm, "Mineral B Bois" - de Buyer

Mineral B Bois Country deep fry pan - diameter 24 cm, height 7.7 cm, made of steel, thickness 2.5 mm. The finishing is made with natural beeswax that protects the fry pan against oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use. After  seasoning the fry pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties.

The Mineral B Bois Country deep fry pan is designed for high-temperature cooking, slow cooking, fry cooking and caramelizing.

Fry pan's "Lyonnaise" profile with tilted and rounded walls, with no sharp angles, allows for easy transfer of the food from the fry pan onto the plate.

The handle is coated with beechwood which originates from PEFC-certified sustainably-managed plantations. The long steel handle is fastened with solid rivets and the beech wood is coated and protected with beeswax.

The fry pan can be used on any types of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Maintenance and use

Before use, preheat the fry pan and add a small amount of fat. Do the seasoning process before the first use. 
Deglaze, rinse with warm water, dry and gently grease the surface with oil.
To preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergent and do not clean the fry pan in the dishwasher.
