Structure of 5-layer material
The walls of the wok pan are made, starting from the inside, of an outer layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker inner layers of aluminium comprising a thick inner median layer of aluminium alloy and a layer of special magnetic alloy 18/0 on the outside of the wok pan.

State-of-the-art multi-layered material
This combination of 5 different alloys, including aluminium, ensures a uniform distribution of heat over the entire surface of the wok pan. The outer surface made of magnetic stainless steel makes cookware from the Intense range compatible with all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

SILVINOX® technology
Silvinox® is a unique electrochemical treatment, created in the Demeyere laboratories, that improves the material, being more resistant to fingerprints, acidic foods or aggressive cleaning products. The wok pans maintain their shiny appearance after long years of use. Thanks to this technology, the surface is durable, free of impurities and easier to clean.

Ergonomic handle
The ergonomic handle is made from 18/10 stainless steel and remains cold for longer on electric hobs. The welded stainless steel handle is more durable and more hygienic, preventing the accumulation of food and grease.
