2-piece knife set, ZWILLING Gourmet - Zwilling

2-piece Zwilling Gourmet knife set made from special stainless steel that is corrosion-proof.

The set consists in:

- Meat cleaver, blade length 15 cm;

- Chinese chef's knife, blade length 18 cm.

Due to the blade hardened through a FRIODUR® process, the meat cleaver can be easily used to cut into portions chicken legs or pig legs, but it can also be used to cut fish or spices.
The Chinese chef's knife has a thinner and more flexible blade and is, therefore, suitable to cut larger vegetables.

Other features:

- The FRIODUR® blade hardened by cryogenic process, with exceptional durability;

- The 18/10 special stainless steel blade gives flexibility to knives and precise cutting;

- Polypropylene autoclavable handle; 

- Rust-proof, stain-proof.

These knives are dishwasher-safe, but hand-wash is recommended.
