Sharpening stages:

Slot 1 - The coarse module is used for sharpening dull or damaged blades and for restoring the "V" shape of the cutting edge.

Slot 2 - The fine module is used for fine sharpening and polishing of blades. This module is used in case the blade is already sharp and requires only a slight polishing. This slot can be used for finishing and polishing after the first sharpening stage with the coarse module.

Slot 3 - The polishing module is used to hone and polish the cutting edge.

The sharpener allows you to sharpen straight-bladed knives made of steel or ceramics. The device is not suitable for sharpening scissors, axes or other cutting tools that do not fit into the slots.

Clean the sharpener with a soft, dry cloth.
