Aluminum pan, 30 cm, "ALBA" - Ballarini

Frying pan, diameter 30 cm, range Alba®, brand Ballarini, made of aluminum, with non-stick coating, PFOA-free, manufactured in Italy.

The handle is made of stainless steel and maintains teh right temperature throughout use.

The surface that comes into contact with the heat source is made of two layers of stainless steel and aluminum and this feature makes the frying pan ideal for induction hobs.

The coating reinforced with durable titanium makes the frying pan non-stick, with enhanced efficiency and particular resistance to abrasion. This coating makes the frying pan resistant to metal utensils and easy to clean.

The frying pan is made of very thick and non-harmful forged aluminum. The forged aluminum is shaped by pressing pure aluminum (98%). This process is difficult and long-lasting, but this is an additional guarantee that the frying pan will not deform. The base thickness is up to 4.5 mm.

Ballarini is constantly testing its products through acknowledged international agencies such as Neotron (Italy), LGA (Germany) and Danish Institute (Denmark) to make sure that the non-stick layers of company's products are 100% adequate and safe to be used for cooking.

The Ballarini cookware do NOT contain PFOA (perfluorooctanic acid), HEAVY METALS (cadmium etc.) nor NICKEL.
The frying pan can be cleaned in dishwasher.
