Made from special HR® (High Resistance) ceramics, this platter has high thermal resistance in the oven, up to 270°C, being ideal for preparing, heating and serving appetizers. This technology makes the product withstand thermal shocks; the platter can go from the refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly in the oven, and vice versa.  Thus, the cakes and snacks can be re-heated and served directly from this platter when they are taken out of the oven.  

Due to the design, shape and to the specially processed material of this platter, heat is distributed evenly for a gradual heating and the results of your work are successful each time. The side handles of the platter allow for easy handling when put into or taken out of the oven.
