The mold is detachable and is 28 cm in diameter. You will obtain excellent results because this baking mold reaches high temperatures so that the cakes surface caramelizes.

The baking mold can be fully disassembled due to its simple base-release system.

The baking mold is leak-proof. The heat is distributed across the entire surface of the mold and the baking is done evenly.

The product does not contain PFOA and PTFE, has steel protection against oxidation and is easy to clean. Before use, smear grease in the baking mold.

This baking mold withstands temperatures up to 220°C in the traditional oven. Do not use this product in the microwave.

Do not use metal utensils inside the baking mould. Clean the baking mold by hand, without using abrasive sponges.
