Cutter for cakes, de Buyer brand, made from stainless steel, diameter 16 cm.

You can use this mould to cut cakes, mousse or to prepare biscuits and shortbread biscuits.

This mould does not oxidize when exposed to low temperatures. The smooth inner surface, as well as the perfectly aligned sides, will help you obtain impeccably-shaped desserts.
