Product description

Perforated stainless-steel ring mould, de Buyer brand, ideal for tarts, quiches and cakes, developed together with Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, school dedicated to professional chefs.

This mould, with diameter of 20.5 cm and height of 2 cm, is perfect if you want to prepare pies from dough or puff pastry.

Orifices on the ring surface help in baking the crust evenly, and the smooth surface helps you obtain desserts with perfect edges and detach the mould easily.

The ring is flexible, easy-to-use and always returns to its original shape.

The mould can be put in refrigerator, freezer and oven.
