Tart mold, stainless steel, 22 cm - "de Buyer" brand

Round ring used to prepare tarts and other cakes, de Buyer brand, made from stainless steel.  

Ring's edges, both the upper edges and the lower ones, are rounded to allow easy handling. The ring has small holes, with a diameter of 1 mm, meant to prevent the occurence of air bubbles in the dough.

Usage: Place the ring on the baking tray, pour the dough in and put everything in the oven. After baking, lift the ring carefully to remove it.

The product can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It can also be put in the freezer.
