Product description

Perforated stainless-steel oval mould, de Buyer brand, ideal for tarts, quiche and cakes, developed together with Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, school dedicated to professional chefs.

This mould, with sizes of 14.5 x 3.5 cm and height of 2 cm, is perfect if you want to prepare Scottish biscuits named Shortbread or cakes from dough or puff pastry.

Orifices on the ring surface help to bake the crust evenly, and the smooth surface helps you to bake desserts with perfect edges and detach the mould easily.

The oval mould is flexible, easy-to-use and always returns to its original shape.

The mould can be put in refrigerator, freezer and oven.

The product can be cleaned in dishwasher.
