Product description

Perforated stainless-steel ring-shaped mould, de Buyer brand, ideal for tarts, quiches and festive cakes, developed together with Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona, school dedicated to professional chefs.

This mould, with diameter of 8.5 cm and height of 2 cm, is perfect if you want to prepare mini-tarts and mini-cakes from dough or puff pastry.

Orifices on the ring surface help to bake the crust evenly, and the smooth surface helps you to bake desserts with perfect edges and remove the ring easily.

The ring is flexible, easy-to-use and always returns to its original shape.

The mould can be put in refrigerator, freezer and oven.

The product can be cleaned in dishwasher.
