Brio hybrid kit - Alfa

The patented Alfa Forni hybrid kit for the BRIO oven, made entirely of high temperature resistant AISI 441 stainless steel, allows you to turn your gas fired oven into a wood fired one.

There are only two simple steps to do this: cover the burner with its lid to protect it from soot and the flame heat and use the firewood stand.

Thus, the fire starts to burn on the opposite side of the burner and never on the burner lid (check if the burner is working properly before using gas again).

Made of AISI 441 stainless steel, this hybrid kit has been specially designed to make it easier to use the gas fired oven and to enjoy the taste of a pizza baked on a wood fire.

Advice

This hybrid kit is intended for outdoor use only; in an enclosed space, it must ALWAYS be connected to a chimney.
You can turn on the gas burner even after using the firewood oven.
Carefully clean the oven floor before removing the lid from the hybrid kit to prevent ash or food leftover from clogging the burner holes.

We recommend that you do not burn firewood and gas simultaneously because:
1. Combustion residues could clog and damage the burner holes.
2. The key to maximizing combustion in Alfa ovens is to use only one fuel at a time, so burn either gas or use firewood.
