Cast iron grill, 46 x 26 cm - Zokura

Grill plate, from Zokura brand, measuring 46 x 26 cm, made of enamelled cast iron. The surface of the grill plate is ribbed on one side, and smooth on the other side, and can be adapted according to the dish you are going to prepare.

The large grill plate is versatile enough to be able to prepare meat, vegetables, fish, skewers or even shrimp.

The reversible plate has a black enamel layer that facilitates the creation of a natural non-stick surface when cooking using fats.

The grill plate can be used on a stove, electric hob, oven or solid fuel stoves. It cannot be used on the induction hob.

It can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but manual washing with the Zokura dish brush with code Z1453 is recommended.
