“Premium” oven tray, dimensions 25 x 39 cm, made of cast iron, Lava brand.

With a capacity of 4.86 l, the oven tray features 3 thick layers of enamel on the outside and a matte black finish on the inside, with a base thickness of 5 mm and sides of 3 mm.

The cast iron cooking surface allows you to prepare crispy chicken, lasagna, vegetables or fish, ensuring uniform cooking of the dishes every time.

The built-in handles allow you to handle the tray easily, using special oven mittens.

The tray can be used on all heat sources, including induction hobs. Do not use in the microwave.

The oven tray can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.

The oven tray is oven safe up to 260°C. It is not necessary to apply a layer of oil to the tray surface before use.
