Cast iron tray for fish, 15 x 24 cm, with wooden stand, LAVA

Fish tray with serving platter, LAVA brand, dimensions of 15 x 24 cm, capacity of 0.5 L, made from cast iron. The tray and the wood platter are fish-shaped.

Cast iron is a material that heats up slow but, once heated, it retains heat very well for a long time. Thus, the cookware are suitable for most cooking techniques, be it frying, slow cooking or oven cooking.

Features:
The walls of the tray are 4 mm thick and, on the inside,  the product is coated with one layer of black enamel that facilitates the formation of a non-stick surface when cooking with grease.

The base of the fish tray is 5 mm thick which makes possible for LAVA cookware to be used on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

Do not use in the microwave.
