Care
Frying pans with non-stick coating are very easy to clean and care: wash with hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent with the help of a soft sponge.
Precautions
In order to keep all its qualities, the frying pan must never be overheated (maximum 250°C) and must never be left empty on a heat source.
Do not use metal or sharp utensils on the surface of the frying pan.
The service life of the frying pan depends on how these precautions are observed.
Technical features
- The professional and quality "CHOC" coating is a multilayered one, with PTFE, with optimal non-stick properties and which ensures the easy sliding of the food.
- Very thick aluminum allows the rapid and uniform transfer of heat, on the bottom and walls of the frying pan, not allowing for its overheating (which is recommended in cooking the special dishes).
- The sturdy handles, made of epoxy steel strips processed at high temperatures, are fixed by robust rivets, preventing the risk of expansion or detachment.
- The French style of curving the handles allows easy grip and handling of the frying pans, without getting tired, as you wish (on one side it is easily poured, on the other side it is allowed to easily act on the frying pans, during the cooking process).
Frying pans in this range can not be used on induction hobs.
