"CHOC Resto Induction" non-stick frying pan, 24 cm - "de Buyer" brand

Pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 24 cm, height 3.5 cm, made from 5-mm thick aluminum. The pan has an anti-adhesive layer from PTFE, consisting of 5 layers, which does not contain PFOA and has increased resistance to scratches. The pan is in compliance with the HACCP international standards. 

This pan is ideal to cook delicate dishes and reheat them before serving.

The "CHOC Resto Induction" range consists of products that do not deform, get heated gradually and constantly, their base is reinforced and the heat is distributed evenly throughout their entire surface. Also, the pans in this range have anti-adhesive layer, made from PFTE, consisting of 5 layers, which does not contain PFOA and is durable in case of intensive use.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the pan, with sloping and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy transfer of the foods from the pan to the plate or dish they will be served on.

The very resistant handle of the pan is made from steel, is secured with rivets and is coated with a yellow-color resin that withstands temperatures of up to 200°C for 10 minutes in the oven. The green color indicates that the pan is suitable to cook vegetables. 

Due to its stainless-steel base, the pan can be used on all types of hobs, including the induction ones. 

Care and cleaning:

You do not overheat the pan and do not leave it on fire with no grease inside. Avoid thermal shocks and do not use metal objects in the pan.

The pan is cleaned only by manual washing with a non-abrasive sponge.
