Microplane grater, dimensions 32.5 x 3.50 x 3 cm, with grating surface of 20.3 x 2.5 cm, surgical-grade stainless steel blade and TPE plastic handle.

Citrus graters in the Premium Classic range - Microplane brand - deliver exceptional results thanks to their unique and functional design. This design originates from the brand's workshops and is based on high-quality materials.

The blades are extremely sharp and effortlessly cut both soft and hard foods without tearing them. Each grater comes with a plastic blade guard.

This grater is ideal for zesting citrus peels such as lemon, orange, grapefruit, lime, etc. or for hard cheeses like Parmesan, Pecorino Romano, or Asiago. You can also easily grate spices like nutmeg, cinnamon, as well as garlic or ginger. Customers have also recommended the grater for removing burnt edges from freshly baked bread or biscuits.

The surgical-grade stainless steel blade is highly durable and the ergonomic handle provides comfort for your hand. For added stability, the grater features rubber feet.

The product is dishwasher-safe, but the blade guard should be washed by hand only.
