One of the factors contributing to its value is the method of harvesting and processing the 'coffee cherries'. The coffee beans are selected according to size (with sizes ranging from 6.7 mm to 7.10 mm) from the time of harvest, and only those that prove their richness are used to make the best coffee in Colombia.
