The rich personality and noble character of this Arabica coffee is due to the fact that it is grown between 1,500 and 1,800 metres altitude. This coffee is grown in the Sidamo province in the highlands of East Africa. Here, due to the climatic conditions, the coffee beans absorb more substances from the soil and develop an intense taste with floral and caramel notes.

In addition to the influence the altitude has on the variety, this also gives the coffee the SHG (Strictly High Grown) label, which attests to a more intense taste and a more noble character of the coffee beans. Ethiopia Sidamo is a complete Arabica coffee, distinguished by complex flavours, medium acidity and rich taste. Floral notes and caramel complete the rich personality.
