Deep saucepan, aluminium, 45 cm / 45.5 L - Ballarini

Ballarini branded deep saucepan with a capacity of 45.5 l, diameter 45 cm, produced in Italy, made from aluminium.

The internal and external casing is made of neutralized washable aluminium. The constant thickness of the base guarantees even temperature distribution during cooking.

This product is made from forged aluminium, very thick and safe to use. The shape of the forged aluminium is given by pressing the pure aluminium (99%). This process is difficult and time-consuming, but is an additional guarantee that the saucepan will not warp. The saucepan has a base with a constant thickness between 2.5 and 4 mm and a height of 28 cm.

The saucepan is compatible with gas, electric and ceramic hobs. It can also be placed in the oven.

The tubular handles are hardened, designed for a secure grip, made from stainless steel and maintain the right temperature throughout use.
