A high-precision instrument equipped with a laser guide, the Ooni digital thermometer is calibrated to read the extreme temperatures inside Ooni ovens, so you achieve perfect baking every time.

The temperature is measured in both Celsius and Fahrenheit.

For the most accurate reading, simply point the laser guide at the center of the pizza stone.

The high-resolution color LCD digital display shows the temperature in less than 300 milliseconds.

The temperature scanning mode allows you to easily and accurately determine the minimum, maximum, and average temperatures of the baking surface. The thermometer is specially calibrated for the cordierite baking stones used in Ooni ovens, but an adjustable emissivity setting allows you to accurately determine the temperatures of other materials or finishes as well, such as steel or cast iron.
