If you enjoy having tea or coffee, then you want that water would reach a proper temperature to prepare your favourite hot drink. For example, green tea tastes much better when prepared with water heated up to 80°C, while people who prefer black tea or coffee will enjoy a richer flavor when water reaches a temperature of 90 - 100°C.
