The SEM 600 professional salamander has a plate detection system so that the dining plates are detected when they touch the stainless steel side grate and the heating system turns on automatically. The appliance shuts down automatically once it no longer detects dining plates.

The upper part is suitable for heating, thawing, browning without preheating.

The thermostat allows you to set the minimum or maximum temperature to cook / keep food warm.

The appliance reaches 400˚C and 570˚C in 5 seconds on the ceramic plate.

After the appliance has cooled down and is disconnected from the power supply, the heating system can be cleaned using a sponge.

The dining plate detection system, the grill and the tray are detachable in view of cleaning.
