With an insulated, powder-coated carbon steel housing resistant to high temperatures and a 15 mm cordierite baking stone that ensures even heat distribution, the Koda 2 oven can bake not only pizza, but also a variety of foods such as steaks, fish, or vegetables.
The compact design of the oven makes it easy to transport and store, and it is ready for use in a very short time.

Care instructions:
Always cover the Ooni Koda 2 oven with a waterproof cover when storing it outdoors. This will protect the oven from dust and weather conditions. In case of extreme weather, we recommend storing the oven indoors. Make sure to allow your oven sufficient time to cool completely before storage.
Deep cleaning of the Koda 2 oven interior and the cordierite stone is easy: turn the oven on at high temperature for 45 minutes to burn off any remaining residues. Once cooled, the interior can be wiped with dry paper towels or an oven brush.
The pizza stone should never be exposed to water, cleaning products, or soap. It will self-clean at high temperatures, and any food residues will turn into ash.
The exterior housing of the Koda 2 oven can be wiped with a damp cloth and dried immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaning products or those containing harsh chemicals.
After each use, wipe the interior housing and burner tube with a dry paper towel (after turning off the oven and allowing it to cool completely).
