The pizza oven features 2 independently controlled cooking zones, powered by two independent gas burners that ensure even and efficient cooking.
Ooni G2 Gas Technology™ helps distribute heat evenly throughout the oven, allowing you to cook a pizza with a single turn, while the digital temperature hub provides instant temperature readings, so you know exactly when to place your pizza or steak in the oven.

What makes the Koda 2 Max oven stand out?
With its 60 × 53 cm cooking surface, the Koda 2 Max is the largest Ooni oven to date, capable of cooking a 50 cm New York-style pizza or multiple pizzas at the same time.
Two independently controlled cooking zones allow you to cook side by side at the ideal temperature. You can cook a Deep Dish pizza on one side while preparing a Neapolitan pizza on the other in just 60 seconds, or sear steaks on the left while roasting vegetables on the right.
The Koda 2 Max features Ooni's most advanced gas fuel system to date. Ooni G2 Gas Technology™ delivers outstanding fuel efficiency and produces incredibly even heat throughout the oven. It creates a unique tapered flame and features two dedicated control dials for precise temperature control.
The Koda 2 Max also includes the new digital temperature hub. It provides temperature readings from different areas inside the oven, so you know exactly when it's time to start cooking. The hub also includes two food temperature probes for optimal meat monitoring. You can connect to the hub via Bluetooth to monitor temperatures while preparing your ingredients using the Ooni Connect™ app.
Tips for cleaning the oven:
To clean the exterior: Allow the oven to cool completely, then use a dry paper towel to remove soot. For more stubborn stains, clean with soap and water, then dry immediately.
To clean the baking stone: Allow the oven to cool completely. Remove stubborn food residue using the Ooni oven brush. Turn the stone over and place it back into the oven for your next cooking session. The oven's heat will burn off any remaining residue.
Do not clean the stone with water, as this will damage it.

IMPORTANT:
The built-in Flame Safety Device (FSD) automatically shuts off the gas supply if the flame is extinguished while the gas supply is turned on.
The oven is compatible only with large propane gas cylinders (14 kg/19 kg) used with a standard propane gas regulator (included).
It is not compatible with natural gas regulators, mains gas, or high-pressure gas regulators.
The propane cylinder cannot be converted for use with natural gas.
