"Gourmet" Julienne slicer, 31.5 x 7.5 cm, black - Microplane

The Julienne slicing device from the "Gourmet" range, "Microplane" brand, made of stainless steel measuring 31.5 cm x 7.5 cm x 3 cm, effortlessly cuts vegetables and fruit such as: beets, carrots, turnips, potatoes, cabbage, zucchini, celery and apples,  thanks to its sharp blade.

Vegetables and fruit slide easily on the surface of the slicing device, being accurately cut by the vertical blade, in thin and uniform strips, without the need to adjust the blade height.

The blade made of stainless steel is extremely sharp, precise and durable.

The comfortable and ergonomic handle is made of TPE plastic, and the base has a non-slip material, for a more stable use on slippery surfaces.

The Julienne slicing device comes together with a plastic blade guard, which allows storage under optimal conditions.

You can clean the slicing device in the dishwasher. The plastic guard shall be manually cleaned.
