Square-shaped Grill pan, produced by Lava, dimensions of 19,5 x 19,5 cm, made from cast iron.

Cast iron is a material that heats up slowly but, once heated, it retains heat very well for a long time. Thus, the cookware are suitable for most cooking techniques, be it frying, slow cooking or oven cooking.

Features:

The walls of the grill pan are 3 mm thick, and on the inside this product is coated with one layer of black enamel, that facilitates the formation of a non-stick surface when cooking with grease.

The thickness of the base is 4 mm and makes possible for Lava cookware to be usable on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

The handles are from cast iron.
