"Grill" square pan, produced by Lava, size 19.5 x 19.5 cm, made from cast iron.

Cast iron is a material that is difficult to heat, but once heated retains heat very well for a long time. The cookware is therefore suitable for most cooking techniques, be it frying, cooking over low heat, or baking in the oven.

Characteristics:

The walls of the cooking pan are 3 mm thick, and inside it has a black enamel coating that facilitates the creation of a non-stick surface, when using fats while cooking.

The base is 4 mm thick and makes it possible to use Lava cooking pans on all types of hobs, including induction hobs.

The handles are made from cast iron.
