Hybrid pizza oven, "Karu 2" - Ooni

The Ooni Karu 2 oven is the most advanced portable pizza oven and provides multiple fuel options for maximum cooking flexibility. Fuelled by wood or charcoal, it heats up quickly and is ready to go in just 15 minutes. It reaches high temperatures of up to 500°C, cooking authentic stone-baked pizza in just 60 seconds.

The Karu 2 oven is also gas compatible. To expand your fuel options, you can use the Ooni gas burner (sold separately).

Regardless of the fuel you use, Karu 2 helps you cook delicious dishes. The oven heats up quickly and will maintain a constant temperature when you add fuel gradually.

The fuel tray maximizes the airflow, resulting in a strong flame that allows for quick baking of dishes. The body made of carbon steel, insulated with ceramic fiber, a baking stone made of cordierite with a thickness of 15 mm and a patented device for flame retention ensure maximum heat retention.

Temperature can be monitored using the built-in thermometer.

Karu 2 features a borosilicate glass door helping you keep an eye on your pizza without releasing heat, and ClearView™ technology prevents the accumulation of soot and ashes on the glass door.

For safe handling, the SureGrab™ door handle stays cool to the touch.
