The 9 cm blade length with a straight and sharp blade, it is ideal for specific techniques used in decorating vegetables.

Sharp blade precisely cuts even soft fruits, slices tomatoes or cuts carrots in julienne style. Other hard vegetables can also be cut effortlessly. You can also use the knife to decorate vegetables, such as flowers from radishes or baskets made from tomatoes.
