Frying pan, 32 cm, steel, "Mineral B" - de Buyer

Professional frying pan - de Buyer brand - diameter 32 cm, height 4.5 cm, made from 3-mm thick steel which does not deform. The finishing was made with natural beeswax that protects the frying pan from oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use (see details in the video below). After seasoning, the frying pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties. 

Frying pan's "Lyonnaise" profile with tilted and rounded walls, with no sharp angles, allows for easy transfer of the food from frying pan onto plate or to the dish they will be served on.

The highly resistant, French-style handles are made of steel and are secured with very solid rivets.

The product is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the frying pan in the dishwasher.
