Sauté pan with 2 handles - de Buyer brand - diameter 28 cm, height 8.7 cm, thickness 2.5 mm. The sauté pan is made from high-quality steel.

This sauté pan is ideal to sauté, fry, simmer and brown various dishes. Due to its volume of 4 L, the sauté pan is ideal to prepare large quantity of food. The high walls will help you avoid fat or liquid splatter when cooking meat.

The finishing was made with natural beeswax to protect the sauté pan against oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use (see details in the video below). After seasoning, the sauté pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties. 

The handles are very durable, made from steel and fastened with very solid rivets.

The sauté pan is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the sauté pan in dishwasher.
