Product description
Round mini-saucepan with stand, produced by Lava, diameter 10 cm, capacity 0.22 L, made of cast iron. The stand is made of beech wood and has a diameter of 12 cm.
Cast iron is a material that heats slowly but retains heat very well once hot. Cast iron cookware is suitable for most cooking techniques, whether frying, slow cooking, or oven use.
Features:
The walls are 3 mm thick. Inside, the saucepan features a layer of black enamel that helps create a non-stick surface when cooking with fats.
Vitreous enamel, the material used for the exterior finish of Lava cast iron cookware, is created by spraying glass powder at temperatures of 750–850°C. It adheres to the surface of the saucepan, forming a protective layer that also helps with optimal heat distribution.
The saucepan base is 5 mm thick, allowing Lava cookware to be used on all types of stovetops, including induction.
Not suitable for use in the microwave.
