Mixing bowl, produced by Korkmaz, capacity 8.5 L, diameter 28 cm, height 17 cm, made from 18/10 Cr-Ni (chromium-nickel) stainless steel.

The bowl is ideal for mixing, blending, heating using the bain-marie technique, or whipping egg whites.

This product can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
