Multifunctional frying pan 7-Ply 32 cm - Demeyere

Multifunctional pan, Demeyere brand, 32 cm in diameter, 5,6 cm high, made of 7-Ply material 3.3 mm thick, matte appearance, with long handle from stainless steel.

The walls of the multifunctional pan consist in an outer layer of 18/10 stainless steel, 2 thicker inner layers of aluminium, that include a thick inner middle layer made of aluminium alloy and 3 layers of special Triplinduc® alloys. The surface is finished using the Silvinox® technology.

TriplInduc® is a unique combination of 3 alloys that allows you to easily switch from a gas hob (or any other type of hob) to induction or vice versa. Furthermore, TriplInduc® offers up to 30% more efficiency on induction and guarantees that the base will remain flat, even after many years of use.

Thanks to the cast stainless steel handle, this pan can be handled easily and safely, as the handle will remain pleasant to the touch during the cooking process.

Can be used on all types of hobs, including induction hob. Not for microwave use.
