This professional grater with 4 sides can be used for fine grating, extra-coarse grating, julienne, and slicing.

The frame of the multifunctional grater is made of plastic. For easier cleaning, the side with the fine blade is detachable.

Hand washing is recommended, but it can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. Rinse with warm water after each use and remove any food residue stuck in the blade using a small cleaning brush.
