Non-stick cake tin, steel, 10cm, "Brioche" - de Buyer

Traditional cake tin, made of steel, with non-stick coating, perfect for making the famous French brioche, de Buyer brand.

The cake tin is non-deformable and completely watertight.

Thanks to the material it is made of, the cake tin diffuses heat evenly and browns the contents evenly.

The cake tin has a non-stick coating with PTFE (PFOA-free) for easier release of the contents. 

Instructions for use: 

Grease the cake tin before use. 
The cake tin is suitable for cooking in a conventional oven (max. 220°C).
The cake tin is not microwave-safe.
Do not use metal objects in the cake tin.
Care: wash the product by hand using a non-abrasive sponge.
The cake tin is not dishwasher-safe.
