100% oak wood from sustainable sources. The wood does not contain chemicals, flavors or additives, being a pure fuel that infuses foods with natural flavors and burns longer.

Having perfect size to fit in the Ooni "Karu 12" oven, it is enough to keep 5 or 6 pieces of wood lit simultaneously for a constant temperature. Each 7-8 kg box will last enough to cook dozens of pizzas.

The firewood is dried in the oven and is FSC-certified. Please remember that logs are a natural product, which come in different shapes and sizes. It is possible that the wood you receive may look different from the ones shown in the photos displayed on this page, but they will fit and heat the oven regardless of their appearance.
