This grinder's spiral-equipped mechanism is designed to crush Guérande salt or other types of wet sea salt. The mechanism is made from ceramic to withstand the humidity of this type of sea salt.

At the top, the grinder has a knob to adjust granulation. Rotate clockwise for finer grinding and counterclockwise for coarser grinding.
