"Outdoor" frying pan, 28 cm, steel - "de Buyer" brand

Professional pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 28 cm, made from blue steel.

The pan is suitable for preparing meat, fish, vegetables or eggs.

Steel is subjected to special heat treatment, acquiring the specific blue color. This treatment protects the pan against oxidation before use.

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the pan, with sloping and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy transfer of the foods from the pan to the plate or dish they will be served on.

The very durable French-style handle is made of steel and secured with very solid rivets.

The pan can be used on all types of hobs, including those with induction (it is recommended to use a moderate temperature when using induction).

Note: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in dishwasher. Before the first use, the pan has to be treated by lubricating and heating with oil, to acquire natural non-stick properties.
